I worked with Alghanim International for about four years on the Kuwait Cancer Hospital project, the Gulf's largest cancer hospital with 618 beds and and modern healthcare facilities.
Outcomes: Successfully managing a team of 15 junior architects, I ensured precise shop drawings and coordinated with international partners to prevent project delays. On site, I provided crucial data for timely and budget-conscious project completion.
Recognizing my dedication, I earned a promotion to package manager in November 2016, overseeing doors and windows work and maintaining the project's highest standards.
